I promised myself that I wouldn’t be late for my Religious Studies class but ended up being late again. It’s not like I missed anything; I didn’t understand anything at all and just blankly took notes just to make myself look like I knew what I was doing. After I went to Erica’s house so that we could finish baking this cookies that we started last week. They were nice and fluffy and chocolatey and delicious. Work wasn’t very exciting because everyone kept bring up the incident that happened earlier this week. I really don’t want to work there but it’s the only income of money.

Today was pretty Meh. My History teacher spent like 15 minutes of class separating the jocks in the class and I spent the whole time looking at the guy’s ears in front me me. They were cute. I moved my car from the top floor of the parking lot to the first so that I could leave without waiting for traffic which I later found out didn’t help very much. I was so caught in traffic that I could cut my fingernails and surf Facebook. Work wasn’t that great either; I was just reassured of what I didn’t want to know.

So I’m never on time for my bible studies class only because I love my bed too much and stay in it until the very last second. After that class I studied a little for Japanese and spent the rest on my break eating and looking at my usual websites via my iPad. Japanese class came along and we had a new person sitting in so we had to introduce ourselves again. And yet again she called me to the front of the class to do something awkward just for the lesson. I better get this scholarship for putting up with her crazy antics.

I swear that my Chicano studies class is just like high school. It has your mix of jocks, Mexicans refuse to speak English, those weird nerdy people who always try to answer questions, and any other stereotype you can think of. I think I fall into the Asians who don’t speak at all category. The class is set up like a high school class; pre printed slides with fill in the blanks. Hopefully it is as easy as it seems but it does make me feel like I’m in high school which reminds me that I wasn’t cool then and I’m not any cooler now.

Japanese class was as exciting as usual. We did a conga line of Simon says and the teacher climbed on top of the desk to explain a point. I swear, whatever drugs she’s on, I want some. She’s so energetic for an old person an I don’t think I’ll ever get over that.

I also had my first ever Tuesday death break. I literally sat by myself and did homework for three hours.

My English class finally met for the first time. There were so many crashers that I thought the sheet they signed was for attendance. I sat there and practiced kanji while she told us a fairy tale that was pretty weird. And I managed to snap this photo before class started. The background looks pretty cool.

So like usually my mom wakes me up and gives me a “you’re going to be late” when I’m not late but today she didn’t. I ended up sleeping in 5 minutes before I should leave so that I get to class on time. I was late by like 3 minutes… meh. After I met up with Jade and Regine and sat down with Liz, Anna and Jasmine while we waited for our classes to start. I got some pretty devastating news in my Japanese class. Another section was opened to free up the space in the classroom, but Jon and Cory had to transfer over while I stayed in that classroom. And I heard that their class is way easier than mine is on top of the fact that I feel like I’m struggling because I forgot a lot of stuff x___x. After I had my first meeting for my American Indian History class. The teacher seemed pretty cool for an old guy and I actually paid attention while he lectured for 2 and a half hours. I got bored during the 10 minute break so I took this picture with my Hipstamatic app on my phone. I should try to take more ‘artsy’ photos .___.;

Ugh. After working Friday and staying till closing on Saturday, I had to come back and work again. I really don’t like working the weekends because I’m there for 9 hours, I don’t have anyone to keep me company, and people like being annoying. I think I spent 2 hours trying to copy a few paragraphs from my Japanese book for homework. I just couldn’t focus because I was so bored. Lucky for my Erwin came by for the last couple hours so I wasn’t too lonely. Closing up was hell too because all the trash cans were full and I had to make a few trips to the dumpster.

I pretty much spent majority of my day rolling around being sad because nobody seemed to want to listen to me. Once it got darker outside I headed over to work to keep Erwin company because he was getting super annoyed by the little kids that had come over but by the time I got there it was slow haha. It was pretty boring and he started playing with the trash bags. Pretty graceful eh?

I just had my bible studies class today and then headed over to Erica’s house to make these cookies featured on Bakerella’s website. The dough took a pretty long time to make since we didn’t have a dough attachment for her mixer. I had to go to work so I just took some to bake at home. Work was pretty slow. I was trying to study a little bit of kanji but I gave up because I couldn’t focus haahha. Later, me and Erwin were playing Brain Age on my DSi. He was mad that he got 50 years old while I’m 20 years old.

Second day of school school. My first class was ridiculous. There was about 20 crashers who took up all the seats so me and a few other people who were registered ended up standing by the door until the teacher told them to give up their seats. The teacher seemed really nice; she made herself clear that she cares about her students and is willing to do anything to help them out but she’s the kind who likes to play favorites [especially jocks and white boys. So I’m fucked either way…] I just hope that I do good and actually read when I’m supposed to x___x

After I had a awkward long ass break so I purchased my Spring semester parking permit and a few ebooks for my classes. I just got paid today too and I spent like $200 in less and an hour. Fuck school expenses D:

My last class of the day was Japanese. It was pretty interesting to say the least. We went over business card etiquette and how to a new conjugation for verbs. Our teacher even got on top of the table at the front and started rolling around. I’m sure this class will get even more interesting as the semester goes on. Now that I know sort of what her class is like, I know that I need to study a lot more to get the top grade in the class.

After I played my DSi in my car until the traffic died down so that I could go get my haircut. I actually just wanted to keep the top length but he ended up chopping a little to much but I still like it. After I went to Erica’s house to watch How to Train Your Dragon and eat ‘lasagna’. Overall today was a good day.

Man, today was my first day back to school. I woke up early but ended up laying in bed for a while because I really didn’t want to go even though I only had two classes today.

My first class was Religious Studies. It’s basically sunday school but 3 days a week. I’m not really looking forward to this class. At least I have a friend in there to help me out.

After I had a 3 hour break so I sat in the library with Regine snacking on these smores goldfish. After I went to the LARC to wait until Japanese class. It felt like it spent an eternity in there but I was in there for only an hour.

Japanese class was nothing like I’d expected it to be. There was 30+ student crammed into a really small classroom with very little moving room, the teacher was very energetic and had everyone speaking in front of the class and made us write a short composition all on the first day. My brain wasn’t completely all back, so I did really bad on that. Overall I’m excited about this class. The only thing I have to worry about in that class is my nerves; I got really nervous speaking at the front of the class. I hope that I don’t get that nervous when I go to Japan.

I really hate the beginning of the year because people don’t know how to fucking driving. I spent an hour in the parking structure trying to get out because people think there’s only one exit in that parking structure when there is actually two. When I finally got out I went over to Marukai so I can get some more school supplies and a cork board so could make this awesome calendar. Now I gotta study because I have a quiz in Japanese class tomorrow x___x
